Ada refactored the testing infrastructure for the linebender/vello repository, focusing on how snapshot and generated images are managed during test runs. She reorganized the file system to separate reference snapshots from generated outputs and further segmented generated images by CPU and GPU, which streamlines visual comparisons and prepares the project for future Kompari integration. Using Rust and leveraging her skills in file system operations, refactoring, and testing, Ada improved the reliability and maintainability of the test suite. Her work addressed test organization challenges, simplified onboarding for new contributors, and enhanced the efficiency of continuous integration workflows within the project.
