Worked on stabilizing the Docker build environment for the Sage-Bionetworks/synapsePythonClient repository, focusing on improving continuous integration reliability and the overall developer experience. Addressed a recurring build failure by ensuring that all necessary build-time dependencies, specifically the procps utilities, were included during Docker image construction. This targeted bug fix reduced intermittent CI failures and helped streamline downstream integration processes. The work involved hands-on use of Docker, DevOps practices, and editing Dockerfile configurations to manage dependencies effectively. Although no new features were added during this period, the contribution enhanced the robustness and maintainability of the project’s build infrastructure.
