Worked on the bcgov/foi-flow repository to enhance the CI/CD pipelines supporting the Request Management API. Focus centered on building a dedicated continuous integration workflow and a robust continuous delivery process, using YAML and GitHub Actions to standardize naming conventions, improve security with password-stdin, and streamline pipeline steps. Introduced deployment health checks and improved pod name retrieval to strengthen deployment reliability and observability. Collaborated cross-functionally through code reviews and deployment governance, ensuring maintainability and process alignment. The work prioritized reliability and security hardening, with no high-severity bugs addressed, and contributed to the ongoing maturation of DevOps practices within the project.
