Worked on the gravitee-io/gravitee-api-management repository to deliver a security-focused feature for Helm-based deployments. Developed EL whitelist support by updating gateway-configmap.yaml and gravitee.yml, enabling administrators to restrict Expression Language usage to approved Java classes and methods. Enhanced the Helm chart configuration to expose and enforce these controls, and implemented automated tests to validate correct behavior. This work strengthens deployment security by reducing the risk of arbitrary code execution and aligns with governance requirements. Utilized skills in API Management, Helm, and Kubernetes, with configuration managed in YAML and Markdown, resulting in a production-ready solution for safer API management deployments.
