During November 2024, Adam Creech contributed to the aws/aws-tools-for-powershell repository by developing a feature that streamlines the retrieval of AWS Security Hub findings. He enhanced the documentation by adding multiple PowerShell scripting examples, demonstrating practical usage scenarios for security teams. Leveraging his expertise in AWS SDK, cloud security, and PowerShell, Adam focused on improving usability and automation readiness, enabling users to integrate findings retrieval directly into their incident response workflows. This work reduced manual configuration and support overhead, providing ready-to-use patterns that facilitate onboarding and accelerate scripting for cloud security operations. No major bugs were addressed during this period.
