Addison enhanced the GitbookIO/gitbook repository by implementing a Content Security Policy update that permits blob sources for styles, enabling dynamic styling integrations while maintaining a security-first approach. This work involved applying front end development skills and a strong understanding of web security best practices, particularly around CSP strategy and commit traceability. By allowing styles to be loaded from blob sources, Addison expanded the repository’s integration capabilities and laid the foundation for future dynamic styling features. The change was carefully documented for auditability, demonstrating attention to proactive repository maintenance and TypeScript proficiency, though the scope was focused on a single feature.
