Developed and delivered the Part Edge Thickness Properties enhancement for the HomagGroup/HOMAG-Connect repository, enabling precise specification and validation of edge thickness for each side of a part in millimeters. Focused on backend development and data modeling using C#, the work introduced per-side validation logic to prevent invalid edge dimensions and maintain data integrity within the production management system. This feature improved the accuracy of production planning and quality control reporting by allowing the system to leverage detailed edge dimension data, while also maintaining backward compatibility and providing developer-facing documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements in the codebase.
