Developed and delivered a new Conan packaging recipe for libnetconf2 (v4.2.14) in the conan-io/conan-center-index repository, enabling streamlined NETCONF client and server integration for downstream users. The work centered on configuring C language settings, managing system dependencies such as OpenSSL and pthread, and refining the CMake build process to ensure reliable packaging. Tests were intentionally disabled during packaging to expedite validation and release readiness, focusing efforts on core library integration. Utilizing skills in C programming, CMake, and Conan package management, the developer enhanced repository traceability and ecosystem readiness without requiring major bug fixes during the project period.
