During November 2025, Adgitate enhanced the kart1ka/cal.com repository by developing a booking and payment webhook feature focused on improving payment reconciliation and booking state transitions. Leveraging backend development and API integration skills, Adgitate implemented support for SetupIntent events within the webhook, enabling the system to handle held payments and automate no-show fee processing. This technical approach allowed bookings to move seamlessly from pending to confirmed status, reducing manual intervention and minimizing revenue leakage. The work involved updating TypeScript code and related test coverage, ensuring robust end-to-end validation for payment setup, card holds, and booking confirmation within the platform.
