Worked on the ds-bcc-liz-breadon-accountability repository to deliver three new features focused on data analysis and data engineering. Updated the core codebase and refreshed data visualizations, enhancing the clarity and fidelity of decision-support tools. Refactored violation-handling logic to improve code readability and maintainability, with batch enhancements extending these improvements across related code paths. The technical approach emphasized maintainable CSV data workflows and clear logic structures, supporting faster iteration and easier onboarding for future contributors. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery, visualization updates, and reducing long-term maintenance costs through improved code quality.
