During May 2025, Ading focused on enhancing frontend transport reliability and build efficiency for the MercuryWorkshop/scramjet repository. They upgraded the frontend HTTP transport library, libcurl-transport, from version 1.4.0 to 1.5.0, integrating upstream bug fixes and performance improvements. To optimize build times, Ading introduced a pnpm-workspace.yaml configuration, excluding bufferutil from built dependencies and streamlining the dependency management process. Working primarily with yaml and leveraging skills in frontend development, Ading’s contributions improved build stability and accelerated CI cycles. The work demonstrated a targeted approach to workspace optimization, resulting in smoother developer workflows and more stable frontend communication within the project.
