Delivered two bug fixes: (1) Evaluation List Import Option Visibility Bug — import option is hidden for incomplete lists and disabled for lists not in progress or completed, ensuring import is available only in valid states; (2) Poll Cohorts Filtering Bug — filter now uses the selected poll UUID correctly and cohorts update accordingly, by wiring valueChanges to pass new UUID to getCohorts. These changes improve data accuracy, user experience, and prevent incorrect imports or mismatched cohorts. Impact: reduces user confusion, improves reliability of evaluation cycles, and aligns frontend behavior with backend status.
