During July 2025, Anders Edlund developed and implemented standardized issue templates for the tenstorrent/tt-kmd repository, focusing on improving the consistency and efficiency of issue reporting. Leveraging skills in configuration management, documentation, and issue management, Anders used Markdown and YAML to create templates for bug reports, feature requests, documentation issues, and support questions. He refined labeling systems and prompts to streamline triage and categorization, and updated documentation by removing outdated references and correcting hardware example inaccuracies. This work addressed onboarding confusion and enabled more scalable governance, reflecting a methodical approach to process improvement and repository maintainability within a short timeframe.
