During July 2025, Andrew Edlund developed and integrated standardized issue templates for the tenstorrent/tt-kmd repository, focusing on improving the consistency and efficiency of issue reporting and triage. Leveraging skills in configuration management and documentation, he used Markdown and YAML to design templates for bug reports, feature requests, documentation issues, and support questions. He refined labeling schemes and prompts to align with the new templates, enabling better categorization and workflow automation. Additionally, Andrew updated documentation by removing outdated references and corrected hardware example inaccuracies, supporting clearer onboarding and governance. The work addressed process scalability and reduced confusion for contributors.
