During December 2025, Alex focused on enhancing the visual branding for the ha_gtt custom integration within the home-assistant/brands repository. Alex developed and implemented new SVG-based icons and logos, applying graphic design and branding skills to improve the integration’s visual consistency and alignment with Home Assistant’s standards. The work included establishing a commit-based asset update process, which supports traceability and simplifies future branding iterations or rollbacks. While the scope was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, the contribution addressed the need for cohesive branding assets and introduced a maintainable workflow for ongoing visual asset management.
