Worked on the y-scope/clp repository to enhance dictionary-based lookup reliability by implementing multi-value, case-insensitive dictionary matching in the core engine. Updated the DictionaryReader component in C++ to return multiple entries for case-insensitive searches, addressing the need for robust data mapping in higher-volume production workloads. Extended the EncodedVariableInterpreter to support imprecise dictionary matches, ensuring the system could handle multiple results efficiently. Developed comprehensive unit tests in C and C++ to validate the new matching logic and provide regression coverage. Focused on algorithm implementation and software engineering best practices, the work improved lookup consistency across services without introducing new bugs.
