In March 2025, Alex focused on stabilizing the mainnet explorer within the blockscout/chainscout repository by addressing a critical network connectivity and data synchronization issue. Rather than modifying source code, Alex implemented a targeted deployment and configuration adjustment, leveraging skills in DevOps, YAML configuration, and production deployment workflows. This approach restored reliable data visibility for users and downstream systems while minimizing risk and simplifying rollback procedures. All changes were captured in a single, auditable commit, enhancing traceability and change control. The work demonstrated a pragmatic, infrastructure-focused solution to operational challenges, emphasizing careful configuration management over direct code intervention.
