During November 2024, Afaton enhanced the Greek dictionary feature in the BoboTiG/ebook-reader-dict repository by expanding template support to cover etymology, grammatical forms, and stylistic nuances. Using Python and leveraging skills in internationalization and localization, Afaton implemented template-driven rendering to improve the accuracy and consistency of Greek dictionary entries. The work focused on incremental, well-scoped commits that enable easier maintenance and future extension. This approach addressed the need for richer linguistic information, benefiting Greek language learners and researchers by reducing manual curation and ensuring more precise, user-friendly entries.
