Thierry focused on enhancing the adaptive_climate custom integration within the home-assistant/brands repository by delivering a comprehensive branding overhaul and updated iconography. Using Python and SVG, Thierry introduced new branding assets and design guidelines, aligning the integration’s visual identity with modern UI standards. The work emphasized graphic design and UI design principles to improve user experience and recognition. By strengthening design-system consistency, Thierry enabled easier future enhancements and ensured the integration’s branding was both distinctive and cohesive. The project involved API integration and full stack development skills, resulting in a refreshed user interface without addressing bug fixes during this development period.
