During January 2026, Aflyhorse focused on enhancing the MaaAssistantArknights repository by addressing a locale-related parsing issue in the StageDropsImageAnalyzer component. They identified that numeric characters in drop counts were being misrecognized across different locales, which impacted data accuracy for international users. Using C++ and advanced regex handling, Aflyhorse delivered a targeted patch that made the parsing logic locale-aware, ensuring correct interpretation of digit characters regardless of user settings. This work demonstrated a strong grasp of locale-aware programming and contributed to more reliable analytics within the project. The solution was robust, low-risk, and scoped specifically to the affected repository.
