During September 2025, Agan Sop delivered organization-wide governance standardization for code ownership across nine Mulesoft documentation repositories, including docs-access-management and docs-mule-runtime. Using YAML and DevOps practices, Agan refactored CODEOWNERS files to remove hard-coded user assignments, introduced ECCN classification and GUSINFO metadata, and established @mulesoft/team-docs as the primary owner for docs-hosting. This work aligned repository headers and team assignments, fixed a routing defect in docs-mule-runtime, and improved audit readiness. By standardizing configuration management and ownership metadata, Agan reduced ownership drift, accelerated pull request reviews, and strengthened compliance, demonstrating depth in code ownership management and cross-repository governance alignment.
