Developed and delivered the Service Lineage feature for the goldmansachs/legend-engine repository, focusing on enhancing data lineage visibility and governance. This work introduced a new Service Lineage artifact and enriched property-tree datasets, integrating these with existing mapping and lineage scanning components to enable comprehensive end-to-end lineage tracking across services. The implementation involved designing foundational classes and functions in Pure, leveraging skills in code generation, data lineage, and metamodel development. These enhancements provide a more detailed and extensible representation of service lineage, supporting easier future maintenance and extension while improving the overall understanding of data flows within the Legend Engine platform.
