Worked on the payloadcms/payload repository to address a targeted issue in the admin experience, focusing on improving multi-line content rendering within admin forms. Tackled a bug where textarea submissions were truncated by updating the admin field type from text to textarea, ensuring that all multi-line content is now fully displayed in the admin UI. Leveraged existing Payload multi-line rendering capabilities to minimize risk and maintain compatibility. The solution was implemented with a focused scope tied to the plugin-form-builder, using TypeScript and backend development skills to enhance editor usability and data integrity without introducing unnecessary complexity or broad changes.
