Worked on the symfony/ai-store repository to enhance hybrid search functionality by introducing a configurable semanticRatio parameter for Meilisearch. This feature allows users to fine-tune the balance between semantic and full-text search relevance, providing greater control over search results. The implementation included robust validation to ensure the semanticRatio remains within safe operational bounds, thereby improving the reliability of search behavior. Expanded unit tests were developed to cover new configurations and edge cases, supporting ongoing maintainability. The work was carried out using PHP and focused on backend development and API integration, with an emphasis on thorough test coverage and code reliability.
