Worked on structural improvements to caregiver task management within the umgc/spring2025 repository, focusing on enhancing maintainability and organizing test files. The approach centered on refactoring Dart code to remove duplication, relocate the caregiver task service and associated tests to more logical directories, and update import statements for consistency. Emphasizing code organization and file management, these changes aimed to streamline the project structure, reduce ongoing maintenance overhead, and enable faster iteration on future features. No bugs were addressed during this period, but the refactor established a more reliable foundation for future development and improved the overall clarity of the codebase.
