Ai Vong developed Helm chart automation and preview publish validation for the All-Hands-AI/OpenHands-Cloud repository, focusing on improving release reliability and enterprise readiness. By moving lint and test processes into the preview publish workflow, Ai enabled early validation of Helm charts before publishing, reducing deployment risk. The work included scripting in Python and YAML to automate chart updates for OpenHands and runtime-api, handling version management and deployment configurations. This approach streamlined the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and Helm, accelerating the preview-to-production cycle. The depth of automation and validation consolidated previously manual steps, enhancing deployment consistency and operational efficiency for the team.
