Aidan Kwon focused on enhancing dependency stability for the kaiachain/kaia repository by updating and pinning the Grocksdb dependency. Working in Go, Aidan managed the project’s go.mod and go.sum files to ensure that builds remained reproducible and compatible across different environments. This work addressed potential issues with dependency drift and laid a stable foundation for future features in the data layer. By concentrating on dependency management, Aidan improved build reliability and reduced integration risks. Although the scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the targeted approach demonstrated a solid understanding of Go module management and reproducible builds.
