She refactored delete confirmation messages across multiple views using JavaScript and PHP, ensuring clarity and consistency to reduce accidental deletions. To improve data integrity, she implemented regex-based validation for department names, allowing only alphanumeric characters and spaces at entry points. This work consolidated related frontend and backend logic, streamlining future maintenance. By addressing both UI messaging and input validation, Aishwarya’s contribution helped lower support issues related to data errors and established a more reliable, user-friendly workflow within the HRMS application.
