Built and iterated multiple Aiwen R modules and standardized lab execution through dedicated lab scripts, enabling efficient and consistent workflows. Leveraged R, Stan, and SQL to implement statistical modeling, data simulation, and machine learning features, while optimizing run-time and parameter settings across various labs. Addressed CI workflow issues for Agresti-Coulli and extended competition tooling with new scripts. The work emphasized risk reduction, accelerated feature delivery, and enhanced reproducibility, laying a robust groundwork for future data science development.

Key outcomes include initial test scaffold and verification groundwork, implementation and iteration of 04_aiwen.R plus 05–08_aiwen.R modules, creation of AIWen lab scripts for labs 10, 11, 12, 18, and 19, plus run-time optimizations and parameter tuning across labs, fixes to CI for Agresti-Coulli, and creation/refinement of aiwen_competition.R. These efforts reduce risk, accelerate future feature delivery, and improve reproducibility and scalability of the Summer Lab workflow.
