June 2025 — jdpipping/summer-lab: Built a scalable testing and modular development foundation, expanded the Aiwen R module family, added lab scripts to enable reproducible experiments, and improved CI reliability. Key outcomes include initial test scaffold and verification groundwork, implementation and iteration of 04_aiwen.R plus 05–08_aiwen.R modules, creation of AIWen lab scripts for labs 10, 11, 12, 18, and 19, plus run-time optimizations and parameter tuning across labs, fixes to CI for Agresti-Coulli, and creation/refinement of aiwen_competition.R.
