Over a two-month period, contributed to the hackclub/dns repository by delivering DNS infrastructure enhancements for Wikibase and Knot services. Focused on DNS management and infrastructure configuration using YAML, the work included provisioning a dedicated subdomain for Wikibase, enabling the recaptime-dev team to deploy and manage services efficiently via CNAME targets. Additionally, implemented DNS routing improvements for the Knot server, establishing stable and accessible routing paths while aligning documentation for future deployments. The approach emphasized auditable, maintainable changes and close collaboration with project teams, resulting in streamlined deployment workflows and improved service reliability without introducing or addressing any bug fixes.
