During December 2024, Akapokemaster001 upgraded the price feed oracle for the Tako Tako protocol within the DefiLlama/defillama-server repository, migrating from API3 to Pyth to enhance data reliability and coverage. This work involved integrating the Pyth oracle, leveraging TypeScript for implementation and focusing on robust API integration and blockchain development. The upgrade improved the accuracy of price data, supporting better risk management and collateral pricing for users and operators. Akapokemaster001 maintained clear traceability through commit-based development and ensured a stable deployment with minimal downtime, demonstrating disciplined change management and a strong understanding of smart contract integration in a production environment.
