Worked on the kyma-project/busola repository to enhance the reliability of the Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) test suite, focusing on reducing flakiness in continuous integration environments. Addressed a persistent bug by adjusting the minimum replicas in test configurations and removing an unnecessary forced input type, which previously contributed to unstable test outcomes. Also reverted a prior change that had introduced instability, restoring consistent HPA test runs. The work centered on front end development and testing, utilizing JavaScript to ensure that autoscaling behavior was validated accurately. These efforts improved CI feedback cycles and contributed to more dependable deployment processes for autoscaling scenarios.
