September 2025 — Scalr/terraform-provider-scalr: Automated release workflow implemented to auto-close fixVersion and trigger provider release in a cross-repo pipeline. The fixVersion is closed automatically in the release manager, and a workflow in the fatmouse repository is dispatched to perform the provider release, deriving the version from the git tag. This streamlines the release process and eliminates a manual step after E2E tests, improving consistency and time-to-release. The change is tracked in commit 40645ca9d0a1eab89652820d5459b7b5e9822729 (SCALRCORE-35593). Major impact: faster, more reliable releases with better traceability. Technologies demonstrated include CI/CD automation, cross-repo workflow orchestration, and tag-based versioning.

February 2025: Implemented OPA Policy Enforcement Levels Configuration in scalr-automation/opa-policy. Introduced a policy group with three enforcement levels (advisory, soft-mandatory, hard-mandatory), with each level enabled and configured to pass all checks. Commit: c80d7704b0a887b2595b8e4c7b342a80a66ac3b2. Result: stronger policy governance with consistent enforcement across environments; reduced risk and faster audit readiness.
