During November 2024, Aleix Raventos focused on improving data hygiene within the LedgerHQ/ledger-app-database repository by removing the deprecated nanoS XL Polymesh app configuration. This work involved targeted code cleanup and database management using Python, ensuring that obsolete entries were eliminated in line with deprecation policies. By streamlining the data model and reducing legacy configuration, Aleix helped lower ongoing maintenance overhead and improved overall data integrity. The changes did not introduce new user-facing features but addressed a specific technical debt, demonstrating careful attention to system stability and traceability through well-documented commits and adherence to best practices in version control.
