Worked on the tact-lang/tact repository to implement Slack-based notifications for GitHub Actions workflows, replacing the previous Telegram integration. Focused on aligning environment variables and message formats to ensure compatibility with Slack, the work standardized CI notifications and centralized them within a single Slack channel. This approach improved incident triage and operator visibility, supporting faster response times and better cross-team communication. Leveraged skills in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Slack Integration, with YAML as the primary configuration language. The update aligned notification delivery with SRE practices, emphasizing reliability and maintainability, though no major bug fixes were addressed during this period.
