In December 2024, Alex Larbière contributed to the Thrive repository by advancing the Luxembourgish (lb_LU) localization effort. He updated and refined translations within the locale/lb_LU.po file, using Weblate to manage the translation workflow and ensure consistency across gettext PO files. His work focused on improving internationalization and accessibility for lb_LU-speaking users, raising the localization progress to 17.3 percent and laying groundwork for future updates. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, Alex maintained translation quality through careful review and maintenance, demonstrating depth in localization and translation management while supporting the ongoing development of Thrive’s multilingual capabilities.
