During December 2025, Santa Clauus developed and delivered a RuneLite Clue Step Timer plugin for the runelite/plugin-hub repository, focusing on enhancing the clue scroll user experience by displaying per-step timing information in chat. Working primarily in Java, Santa implemented a precise timing lifecycle that starts when a clue scroll is opened and stops on the next clue or casket, ensuring accurate tracking without altering gameplay. The work included repository hygiene improvements such as correcting metadata, updating documentation, and adhering to naming conventions. This project demonstrated skills in Java, game development, and plugin development, emphasizing maintainability and open-source collaboration.
