During May 2025, Alex Noutash established the foundational setup for the alexnoutashGTA/Students repository by creating the initial project structure and documentation. Alex focused on project initialization, using Markdown to author a clear and concise README that introduced the project and set a versioned baseline for future development. This groundwork addressed the need for rapid onboarding and streamlined feature expansion by ensuring the repository was organized and well-documented from the outset. While the work was limited in scope to repository bootstrapping and did not involve bug fixes or complex features, it provided a clean starting point for subsequent engineering efforts.
