Worked on security hardening for chat routing in the openclaw/openclaw repository, focusing on preventing internal routing information from leaking to external services. Addressed this by introducing an explicit deliver: true flag to control external message delivery and refining session inheritance rules to maintain accurate routing context across different clients, such as webchat and CLI. Utilized backend development skills with Node.js and TypeScript, emphasizing robust API development and thorough testing practices. The work reduced exposure risk and established a more predictable routing framework, laying a foundation for consistent external delivery controls and improved session management across multiple client interfaces.
