Worked on the pangeachat/client repository to complete Spanish localization, translating 759 interface strings with attention to natural phrasing and regional clarity. Leveraged Weblate to manage the translation workflow, ensuring maintainability and consistency for future internationalization efforts. Implemented targeted adjustments to features such as activatedEndToEndEncryption and addChatDescription, refining the user experience and aligning security messaging for Spanish-speaking users. Focused on internationalization and localization skills, with work primarily involving the arb language format. The result expanded accessibility for Spanish users, improved user satisfaction, and established a documented process for ongoing localization within the project’s development cycle.
