Worked on release automation and build stability across two repositories, focusing on practical DevOps improvements. For neo4j/import-spec, implemented a CI/CD release pipeline using JReleaser, introducing a jreleaser.yml configuration to automate deployments to Maven Central and integrate Slack notifications, thereby reducing manual release steps and improving visibility for stakeholders. In microsoft/Microsoft-Fabric-workload-development-sample, addressed build and runtime reliability by cleaning up the Dockerfile and refining entrypoint termination, which reduced build failures and runtime errors. Utilized Bash, YAML, and Dockerfile to deliver these solutions, emphasizing traceable, well-documented changes that streamlined deployment processes and enhanced operational consistency.
June 2025 (neo4j/import-spec): Delivered a Release Automation Pipeline with JReleaser that configures the CI release workflow, adds a dedicated jreleaser.yml, and enables deployment to Maven Central with Slack notifications. This automation reduces manual release steps, shortens time-to-market, and improves release observability for stakeholders.

December 2024: Stabilized build and runtime for microsoft/Microsoft-Fabric-workload-development-sample. Delivered reliability improvements by cleaning the Dockerfile, adjusting entrypoint termination, and ensuring traceable fixes via a dedicated commit. No new user-facing features this month; business value delivered through reduced build failures and smoother deployments.
