Worked on modernizing documentation for Kotlin Multiplatform opt-in within the JetBrains/kotlin-web-site repository, focusing on improving clarity and maintainability. Updated the Multiplatform example to use the compilerOptions DSL, replacing the deprecated LanguageSettingsBuilder in accordance with the latest Kotlin API recommendations. This approach aimed to reduce onboarding friction for new contributors and minimize future maintenance overhead. Leveraged skills in documentation, Gradle, and Kotlin Multiplatform, while utilizing Groovy, Kotlin, and Markdown to ensure technical accuracy. The work addressed evolving best practices in the Kotlin ecosystem, resulting in more accessible and up-to-date guidance for developers contributing to the project’s documentation.
