Worked on the MetaMask/metamask-extension repository to address UI text consistency issues across English locales, focusing on improving grammar and punctuation within messages.json files for both en and en_GB. Utilized JavaScript and JSON to implement these localization updates, ensuring that the user interface presented clear and accurate messaging. Updated associated tests to reflect the revised text, thereby maintaining test coverage and preventing future regressions related to locale changes. This work enhanced the maintainability of the extension’s localization infrastructure, reduced potential user confusion, and contributed to a smoother user experience by minimizing inconsistencies and support inquiries related to language presentation.
