Ali Mahwer contributed to the CollaboraOnline/online repository by delivering Arabic UI translations and comprehensive localization updates, focusing on administrative settings such as Accessibility, Autotext, Custom dictionaries, Interface, and Document settings. Using PO files and leveraging Weblate for translation management, Ali updated both the generator version and translator metadata to streamline future translation workflows and improve contributor onboarding. The work enhanced accessibility and usability for Arabic-speaking users, ensuring the interface is more inclusive. While no bug fixes were required during this period, the depth of the localization effort demonstrated strong skills in internationalization and effective use of translation technologies.
