Worked on the guardian/mobile-n10n repository with a focus on maintaining system stability rather than introducing new features. Addressed a critical issue by reverting recent dependency updates, specifically rolling back Netty and logstash-logback-encoder versions to restore compatibility and prevent runtime, logging, and serialization problems. Utilized Scala and build tools to manage and document these changes, ensuring that the mobile notification service remained reliable across all environments. Demonstrated disciplined dependency management by applying a clear rollback strategy, reducing the risk of production incidents and maintaining the project’s release cadence while prioritizing uptime and operational consistency over feature delivery.
