Worked on the pharmaverse/admiral repository to enhance the reliability and clarity of variable flag derivation tests. Focused on improving test data isolation by moving data definitions directly inside test_that calls within the R test suite, which eliminated external dependencies and made test executions deterministic. Utilized R programming and data manipulation skills to streamline the testing process, resulting in clearer test scopes and easier maintenance. This approach reduced test flakiness and accelerated continuous integration feedback, strengthening code quality for critical logic. The work also improved documentation and future-proofed test data management, supporting ongoing maintainability and traceability within the project’s testing framework.
