Worked on enhancing routing documentation for the calcom/help repository, focusing on improving guidance for routing setup and configuration. Leveraged technical writing and documentation skills to update availability schedules with attribute-driven details and incorporated new image assets to clarify round robin event types and step-by-step routing forms. All changes were implemented using Markdown, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the documentation. This work aimed to streamline developer onboarding and reduce support overhead by providing clearer, more visual references for routing features. The enhancements addressed ambiguity in routing configuration, making it easier for developers to understand and implement routing within the project.
