During March 2025, contributed a feature to the ankidroid/Anki-Android repository that enables users to insert MathJax equations and chemistry formulas directly within the note editor. This work involved adding a new toolbar button and dialog, supporting multiple MathJax formatting styles to accommodate diverse content needs. The implementation focused on Android UI development, leveraging both Java and Kotlin to integrate MathJax-style formatting seamlessly into the mobile workflow. By addressing a user-reported issue, the feature improved note fidelity and streamlined content creation for users, while demonstrating disciplined, commit-based development practices and a focus on enhancing the app’s core editing capabilities.
