During November 2024, work in the NareshCSE/Java23CSEA repository focused on building two interactive Java user interface features: a Traffic Light Swing Simulator and a TextAreaWordCount Applet. Both features were developed using Java, with emphasis on Java Swing for GUI development and event handling. The Traffic Light Simulator provided a visual representation of traffic light states, while the TextAreaWordCount Applet enabled real-time character and word counting within a graphical interface. The codebase maintained clear organization and traceability, with all files added via upload. No bugs were reported, reflecting careful implementation and testable, self-contained UI components suitable for educational use.
