Worked on the NIH-NCPI/ncpi-fhir-ig-2 repository to enhance contributor onboarding and governance processes by updating the Contributor Guidelines. The main feature delivered redirected repository access requests from a single contact to the FHIR Working Group co-chairs, clarifying communication channels and aligning with project governance requirements. This update, implemented using Markdown and Git version control, improved the efficiency of onboarding new contributors and reduced misrouted access requests. The work demonstrated a focus on documentation best practices and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that contributor experience and project compliance were strengthened through clear, maintainable guidelines and a more robust governance workflow.
