Worked on the funky-station/funky-station repository to deliver a comprehensive overhaul of the Cargo Standard Operating Procedures, including the addition of a Mail Clerk SOP to clarify and scale cargo and mail workflows. The approach centered on rewriting and reformatting documentation in response to stakeholder feedback, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Automated REUSE header updates were implemented to streamline future SOP maintenance. Minor quality fixes, such as typo corrections, were also completed to enhance documentation reliability. The work leveraged skills in SOP development and documentation, utilizing XML and YAML to ensure maintainable and accurate operational processes.
